Captain Chantel DuBois is the main antagonist of Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted. She is the Monaco head of the animal patrol who has been fighting with animals since the age of 7. Her goal is to cut off Alex the Lion's head and make it into a trophy. She is voiced by Frances McDormand.

Chantel DuBois is the first main villain of a Madagascar movie to be a human being; any other human villains were less important (e.g. Nana was only a minor antagonist of the first film and the secondary antagonist of the second).
