The Camp Bullies are the main antagonists of Race for Your Life, Charlie Brown.
It is unknown which of the three is first, second, or third in ordinance (which is Bully #1, Bully #2, or Bully #3) as their names aren't shown, but they do have a cat named Brutus.
They are all cheaters and do what it takes to get the Peanuts gang astray or in danger (adding fraudulent signs or pointing them differently) so they will always be #1 in every competition. Every year, they are always "#1" because they always cheat.
